Competitor Profile Analysis:

Analyzed competitors in Dnipro, Ukraine, and even some CIS countries. Such an extensive study was due to the facts that

a) the company wants to win customers not just from Dnipro, but from the whole country,

b) not so many strong competitors from Dnipro,

c) the more competitors we study, the more data we have to compare, clearer vision, and more ideas appear.

Vision, Mission, Values, DNA:

The guys had some ideas of these brand foundations, but they were a bit vague and differ a bit for each of them. Thus, we helped them to clearly define and document them so that everything they do was with the same principles for everyone.

Personality, Tone of Voice:

After careful research and customer interviews, we found that most newcomers come through word of mouth and the main heart-stealing factor is the founder’s personality. That is why he became the face of the brand – all company messages reflect the owner’s communication style and are presented in simple friendly language.

Customer Portraits:

Since Applemaxs already had an image and reputation in the market, we built customer portraits based on interviews with customers and employees, as well as reviews on the Internet.

SMM Strategy:

Prepared 4 content categories for Instagram and a plan for their publication.

Copywriting:

Developed a mix of entertaining, useful, and selling Instagram content with the addition of bro-humor to fill up the account with soul, and make it both engaging and informative.

Logo & Brand System:

Although the logo didn’t make a lot of sense, it was already recognizable to customers. That is why we did not change it completely, but only updated the font and the picture in the center to increase associations of the brand with Apple products.

UI/UX Mapping & Design:

Like Apple, we chose a light and minimalistic design. But taking into account the Applemaxs brand unique features and its customers personality, we added some humor to design with illustrations and texts.

As illustrations became one of the strongest tools representing the soul of the brand, we also created a unique branded sticker pack in order to increase brand recognition, loyalty and awareness among customers.
